My Background & AI Experience

20+ Years in Marketing. Leading AI Adoption Since 2022.

My career began in television production at NBC in Houston before moving into marketing and creative leadership roles at Hahn Marketing Agency and SaaS and technology companies, including Lifesize, CreditCards.com, and ShipperHQ. Over the past 20+ years, I've led creative teams, developed marketing strategies, and helped organizations connect with their audiences.

In 2022, I founded and led a five-person AI Task Force at Hahn, where we evaluated emerging AI tools, developed workflows, and trained employees and clients on integrating AI into their work.

At ShipperHQ, I developed a company-wide AI adoption strategy and led training sessions to help employees across departments incorporate AI into their daily workflows. Over the past four years, I've also provided personalized AI training to individuals and organizations through one-on-one consulting.

While I’ve completed several AI certification programs, most of my knowledge comes from hands-on experimentation and real-world application. I’ve spent years exploring what works, what doesn’t, and where AI can make the biggest impact. That’s the experience I bring to every client I work with.
